91/92 stars

I completed all stages in heroic and iron mode too.
Now I have 91/92 stars. What I have to do to have the 92th?

You are probably missing out on either the facebook star or the twitter star C:
At the map screen, click the down pointing arrow in the top center. After doing
this, you'll be able to click the facebook and twitter link for an extra star each.
Just clicking will give you the stars, although joining/following would be nice to do
