Don't matter who started it as long as it ends! Conversation over!

Rangers, speeds up the process of death, if an enemy has less than a third of hp the ranger can give them a disease to kill them quite quickly, mother nature feeds her trees with the dead.
They can already trap enemies in a position, poisoned and shoot them to death, why would you want extra damage just when their about to die...not sure about this one.
Musketeers, rapid fire for a short period of time like a machine gun.
The balance between Musketeers and Rangers are the speed, if Musketeers suddenly start shooting fast then Musketeer would be superior.
Paladin, if paladins are swarmed with enemies or about to die a force field of divine power is put around them, but in this state they cannot attack the enemy yet the enemy will attack them and they will take no damage.
If they can't take damage then it beats the purpose of a skill that gives you better armor and it beats the healing, plus not attacking also makes the attacking skill useless...so no.
Barbarian,if they kill a lot of enemies in a short period of time built up rage does not heal but gives more max hp (temporarily) and they do more melee damage, or you could give them that other 19th ability.
What's the point of having more max hp if they can't heal besides the natural (and slow) regeneration, in any case the rage skill would allow them to build more damage the less hp they have, in other words a berserk ability as its known in most games.
Arcane wizard, Ghastify, when one of the soldiers is near death (maybe 10 or less hp) the wizard can transform them into a ghast an undead creature (technically its unliving) that will serve the wizard, but the barracks will still have 3 soldiers so total of 4, and ghastify can be used again on the same person.
I believe that in any case this would belong to a necromancer tower, but I've never seen one tower affecting in any way other towers, so interaction between them even though cool its doubtful for now. However a time stopping skill would fit more along the teleporting one so it becomes a complete stall unit. They are teleported back and time stopped in place for a couple of place if both skills are active or vice versa, time stopped while the teleport kicks in. Arcane magic does like messing with space AND time.
Sorcerer Mage,if several mages all have this ability, another spell will show (ie rain of fire) that uses suns rays to vaporize enemies. Like the sunray sorcerers only area damage.
I disapprove of skills that would require more than one of the same tower to do a skill, it promotes the abuse of a single tower and it would remove the fun of using towers for different situations, and believe me I've seen people abusing Big Berthas till no end...

^Bolded lines are my comments to each area of the quote.
Talking about Big Berthas you forgot the artilerry towers? Anyways I just had to comment found some of them (or all...) out of place. I think the towers are good as they are right now, maybe nerf the Big Bertha a little or buff Tesla more so it becomes more balanced between them. Though in this case it seems like nerfing big bertha becomes the more logic solution so some people start using other towers more often.
