To enter this activity (the "KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY"), you must have a Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account, as applicable. You are subject to Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram’s terms, conditions and rules in your registration and use of your account. This is part of a marketing campaign and no purchase is necessary to participate in the KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY activity

Binding effect. By entering this activity, the Entrant ("You"):

1. agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions;
2. represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in these Terms and Conditions.
3. agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the overall organization and prize award.

Where to participate. KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY will consist of 1 (one) social media post to be made through Ironhide´s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ("Ironhide Social Media Accounts").

Sponsor. The sponsor is Ironhide S.A. located at Bartolomé Mitre 1441, 6th Floor, Montevideo, Republic of Uruguay ("Ironhide" or "the Sponsor").

Eligibility.

Age. You must be at least 13 years old to participate in this KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY. We may request verification of your age, or if you are in a jurisdiction where the minimum age to consent is higher than 13 then we may ask you to verify that you have the consent of your parent or guardian.

Ironhide will disqualify any minors (to the extent of their knowledge). If there is any information that Ironside becomes aware of suggesting the winner is below the minimum age then they should refrain from prize delivery until the individual is verified (e.g., if they are contacted by a parent – “my child won a prize in your competition…”, or the user indicates they may be a minor).

Other eligibility requirements.

There is no maximum number of entries to the activity per person.

Ironhide workers, and any other parties involved with the contest are not eligible to participate.

Any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process may be disqualified from this competition and may not participate in it again, at Ironhide's sole discretion.

Entries. KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY will begin on [Monday, June 5, 2023] at [1:00 PM] and will end on [Sunday, June 12, 2022] at [2:59 AM]. These times and dates are set to UTC unless otherwise specified (Co-ordinated Universal Time). Any entries received before the KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY´s opening or after it has closed will be deemed invalid and will not be considered for entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

License to Ironhide. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees Ironhide shall have a perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty free, fully paid-up license to exploit, edit, modify, post, disseminate, create derivative works of, distribute and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, (i) the names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein, and (ii) the right to use and to tag on Social Media Accounts the Entrant´s name and username in any and all media now known or hereafter devised (including, without limitation, on Sponsor’s websites and Social Media accounts), in perpetuity without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party

You may participate in KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY by:

leaving a comment on the Giveaway Post of Ironhide Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok or Instagram accounts.

As an Entrant, your entry must fully meet all the KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY requirements, as specified in these Terms and Conditions, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating your entries and removing them from KRF 10-YEAR GIVEAWAY at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Details of challenges. The details of each weekly challenge, including the start date and time and closing date and time of each weekly challenge, will be published in Ironhide Social Media Accounts.

• 1 (one) Kingdom Rush Boardgame, 1 (one) 3D Towers expansion and 1 (one) copy of either the J.T. or Moloch expansion.
• 1 (one) Kingdom Rush Frontiers Desert Thugs t-shirt.

You may be required to provide reasonable documentary evidence of your age as a condition to be awarded the prize. In this case, Ironhide will use such document solely to confirm your age and will delete it immediately.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Each competition's prize will be announced on Ironhide Social Media Accounts. Following the announcement of the results, the Winner(s) will be notified through a direct message on social media. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 10 (ten) days as from the date the winners announcement , but if any winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time and/or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to disqualify such entrant or to declare the prize forfeited and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

Procedure for Alleging Copyright Infringement. Ironhide will respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright infringement, as set forth below. If you own a copyright in a work (or represent such a copyright owner) and believe that your (or such owner’s) copyright in that work has been infringed by an improper posting or distribution via Ironhide Social Media Accounts, then you may send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. a legend or subject line that says: "Copyright Infringement Notice";
2. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity is located that is reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please include the URL of the Website on which the material appears);
4. your full name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that all the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner (or, if you are not the copyright owner, then your statement must indicate that you are authorized to act on the behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed); and,
7. your physical signature.

It is often difficult to determine if your copyright has been infringed. Ironhide may elect to not respond to Copyright Infringement Notices that do not substantially comply with all of the foregoing requirements, and lronhide may elect to remove allegedly infringing material that comes to its attention as provided above.

We may send the information that you provide in your notice to the person who provided the allegedly infringing work. That person may elect to send us a Counter-Notification. Without limiting Ironhide's other rights, Ironhide may, in appropriate circumstances, disqualify the infringer from this Competition.

Changes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Selection of Winners. Winners will be chosen by the Sponsor by raffle among the entrants who interacted with the Post of Ironhide Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok or Instagram accounts, by leaving a comment in the comments of the activity post

Release. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with this competition and/or accepting a prize. The Sponsor further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this competition save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Sponsor's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.

Final decisions. The Sponsor’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uruguay and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo, Republic of Uruguay.

Acknowledgment and Release. By entering this competition, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Ironhide and not to any other party. By entering this competition, You agree to release and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, arising out of or relating to participation in this competition.
Each Entrant fully releases and discharges Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any and liability arising out of this competition.
