Generals, the first Kingdom War starts this Monday, November 9th.

Kingdom Wars is a new mode where Kingdoms compete against each other for two weeks. You level up your Kingdom's boss together, attack the bosses of other Kingdoms, and try to finish the war with the most War Points.

 

THE BASICS

When the war starts, your Kingdom gets grouped with 4 others that have a similar Kingdom Score. Everyone starts with some War Points (WP), and whoever has the most at the end wins.

To take part, your Kingdom needs at least 5 members and a minimum Kingdom Score. Each war has two rounds of Preparation and Battle, and a new one starts every two weeks.

Kingdom Wars: how it works

 

PREPARATION (5 DAYS)

Winning matches in Events and Trophy Road gives Boss XP to your Kingdom's boss. That's the boss that defends you when other Kingdoms attack, and it gets stronger with every level, up to level 5.

Each player can only earn so much XP per day, so it really helps if everyone in the Kingdom plays. The boss changes every week, and all Kingdoms in the war get the same one.

 

BATTLE (2 DAYS)

Now you can attack the other 4 Kingdoms in your group. Each attack is a solo fight against their boss, with one life, a time limit and capped card levels. If you beat it, you steal some of their WP (plus a bit extra if you're fast). If you fail, they get bonus WP for defending.

You get a limited number of attacks against each Kingdom, and regular wins also give some WP, up to a daily limit.

 

REWARDS

Every time your Kingdom hits a WP milestone, all members unlock a reward. When the war ends, everyone also gets rewards based on where the Kingdom finished: currency, chests and Kingdom Score.

 

A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

If you leave your Kingdom (or get kicked) during a war, everything you contributed goes with you. If you join one mid-war, you start from zero and get your attacks from the next Battle phase.
